IBAT holds three major events each year. The Leadership Conference, is held in June. The IBAT Annual Convention is held in October. And, TechMecca is held in November.

Leadership Conference: This 2 ½ day conference is designed to inspire and involve the leaders of community banks. All Leadership division members, Presidents, CEOs, CFOs, executive management, branch managers and up and coming employees are encouraged to attend. Be inspired to become a more enthusiastic leader with the Leadership approach to opportunity, attitude, and quality service.

IBAT Annual Convention: IBAT members from far and wide gather at Convention. Starting with the IBAT Education/Main Street Foundation Gala and proceeding on to sports events, concurrent sessions (topics of interest to bankers), meeting of the IBAT Board of Directors, and the PAC Auction. All this is topped off with social activites and spouse/guest activities which are planned to help make the IBAT Annual Convention an event to talk about all year long.
